How Long is the Digital Card live?

3 Days for the Free Plan. 1 Year for the Premium and Business Plan.

Can you help me setting up my Digital Card?

We provide Free Setup for the Premium and Business Plan only.

How can I Renew or Upgrade my plan?

Go to: facilcard.com/login and sign in with your email and password, go to Plans and select Renew if your time expired or Upgrade if you want to change your plan. Note: Free Plan can be used only once.

Can I edit or change my card after being created?

Yes, you can modify or change your card as many times you want. Note: Free and Premium plans have some restrictions.

How many Digital Cards can I create?

1 for the Free and Premium Plans and 2 for the Business Plan. We also offer an Enterprise Plan for teams, contact us for more info: support@facilcard.com
